- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 1/2 lb. boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- Cut and clean the boneless ribs.
- Next, measure all the other ingredients and place them in individual containers to keep them close for when you need to use them.
- Set the oven to 300 °F. Coat a rimmed sheet pan with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the paprika, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Sprinkle the spice mixture on all sides of the ribs.
- Place the boneless ribs on the prepared sheet pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake the ribs in the oven for about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours or until the ribs are tender and easily torn apart with a fork.
- While the ribs are baking, combine the remaining salt, pepper, Worcestershire, chopped chiles, molasses, vinegar, and ketchup in a medium bowl to create a BBQ sauce.
- After taking the country-style pork ribs out of the oven, turn the heat up to 450 degrees. Remove the foil covering the ribs and pour out any accumulated juices.
- Use half of the BBQ sauce to baste the country-style pork ribs. Bake the ribs uncovered at 450°F for 20 minutes until they are tender and the sauce has thickened. The remainder of the BBQ sauce can be served with the baked boneless pork ribs.
- Now that the boneless baked pork ribs are done, all that's left to do is let them cool off for a few minutes and serve them with your preferred side dish.
